Block User to Overwrite Negative Quantity

Below are guidelines on how to Block User to Overwrite Negative Quantity

  1. Go to System > Security Manager > User Profile Management

  2. User Profile Management

  3. Go to “List” > select “User ID” then “Use” > click “Right2“, for Negative Item Balance choose “Not allow overwrite NIB vs OnHand Qty – with alert” > then “Update”
