Below are Guideline(s) on How to Import Pricing Matrix from Excel to MySQL

Step 1: Open Excel Data Conversion (Sample)2 located from MyERP > Sample folder

Step 2: Fill in all necessary data on Pricing Matrix sheet

• A). Write your Pricing Matrix Description
• B). You can refer on our Sample print screen,if you prefer to give discount by Item fill in ItemCode then the Rate Fill at column J (Pct),set the limit per quantity for lower limit if your promotion is buy 5 item get 10% discount  set 5 at Column K
• C). For Criteria you can check from system which Criteria you prefer and fill in at column M example Discount from selling price if the promotion is 10% discount from your selling price.
• D). PeriodYN (column N) set to 1 if your promotion is valid for 1 day or few days only then key in  the date start and date end of the promotion at column O and P
• E). Status set as Active
• F). UOMType if the promotion base on your base UOM set 0
• G). At column T (B_ase) on this column set your type of Pricing you can refer at Column V for number selection, if the promotion is Item Based pricing then fill in 1 as per sample on print screen.

Step 3: Import Pricing Matrix to Excel 

• Open SkySyn > File > Excel to MySQL2

Step 4: Select Database Name >> Select Excel File by Clicking File Location >> Click Show Excel Sheet >> Tick PricingMatrix >> Convert
