Below are guideline(s) to Authorities for User to Access Customer Maintenance :

Step 1 : Go to System >> Security Manager >> User Profile Management

Step 2 : Select user ID from “List” >> expand “Maintenance” >> untick “Customer Maintenance” to disallow access >> click “Update”
