How do I submit leave application

Below are guideline(s) to submit leave application:

  1. Go to browser “Google Chrome“, type “https://www.e-leave.my/“,  click “Client Login“.
  2. Type your “store address“.
  3. Type your “email address“, “password“.
  4. Fill up all information (Follow screen shot steps)
  5. Fill up “Leave Type” (Example : Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Maternity Leave, etc)
  6. Select your “Leave Date“.
  7. Key in your “Remark” (Example : reason of taking leave).
  8. Employee may attach your “Medical Certificate” for those applying Medical Leave.
  9. .
  10. Last step, click “Save” and system will auto notify to your supervisor.
  11. Once your supervisor approve or reject, you will receive notification via email (look at example of email notification via email).
