Setting prorated annual leave and without prorate medical leave

Below are Guideline(s) to setting prorated or without prorate of your leave type:

  1. Login to Payroll Management portal and then go to menu “Maintenance>>Chart of Payroll“.
  2. Company may decide Annual Leave to be pro-rated, Medical Leave is without pro-rated.
  3. Pro-rated means employee annual leave entitlement divide by 12 months.
  4. Pro-rated Example : Annual Leave entitlement  is 12 days annual and this month is February, thus employee is only allow to apply 2 days annual leave.
  5. Without Pro-rated Example :  Employee has medical leave entitlement 20 days annual and this month is March thus employee is allow to apply 20 days in full.
