When you email an invoice to your customer, users can customise email content to suit your company practice.
Below are guideline(s) create email template content:
Step 1: Click on side menu>>Setting>>Company Information
Step 2:
a. Initialize template name by typing into the box provided.
b. Select Module Sales Invoice.
c. Type Sender Email to be appear in the recipient received email.
d. Type CC Email to get one copy for your own.
e. Type Subject to be appear in the recipient received email.
f. Type Content as your desired content message to your customer. You may use provided tools to highlight/bold/italic, etc
g. Press Add to confirm create the template.
