How to Print the Sales Proforma Invoice?

Step 1: To print the Proforma Invoice listing, navigate to Sales > Proforma Invoice

Step 2: Click the Listing button on the bottom right to view all Proforma Invoices

Step 3: Use the Advanced Search to find and filter the specified Proforma Invoice listing that you want to print, then click the Refresh button.

Step 4: Then click the Print button to save your Proforma Invoice listing as a PDF file or click the Export Data button to save it as an Excel format.
