Introduction to OMNIXYNC Bring In Returns

Before you can receive a return, it must be in the return list. There are three ways to bring in a return, depending on the type of return.

How to Bring In Returns?

Step 1: Navigate to Marketplace > Manage Order Return

Step 2: Choose the way that fits your return:

  • Sync Customer Return Order = Brings in return requests from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
  • Failed Delivery and Return = When a parcel comes back, scan its original tracking no. in this box.
  • + Create Return = For WooCommerce or returns made outside the platform.

Step 3 (optional): For + Create Return, search the order, then enter the return quantity
