Troubleshoot Webmail Setting for e-billing

Below are guideline(s) to troubleshoot webmail setting :

  1. Go to  “Gmail” and click “Manage your Google Account” and click on it.
  2. Manage Google Account

  3. Page security>>Less secure app access>> set to “On”
  4. Google Security

  5. SkyBiz Cloud, click menu System>>Company Information>>
  6. Fill in “Webmail SMTP Server“, “Webmail SMTP Port“,  “Webmail Authenticate“, “Webmail Use SSL” , “Webmail Address“, “Webmail Password“.
  7. Click “SkyBiz Cloud Testing Email“, the returned message must be success otherwise, you need to refer to your mail server provider.
  8. Click an Update to save setting.
