Introduction to SKYBIZ Outstanding Document

An outstanding document in accounting refers to any financial document—such as an invoice, purchase order, or payment—that has been issued but not yet fully settled, completed, or reconciled. For example, an outstanding invoice means the customer has not yet paid the amount due, while an outstanding purchase order indicates goods or services have been ordered but not fully received or invoiced. Tracking outstanding documents is essential for effective cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring timely follow-ups on pending transactions.


How to print an outstanding Delivery Order?

Step 1: To print or download the outstanding Delivery Order, navigate to Sales > Delivery Order

Step 2: Click the Listing button on the bottom right to view all the Delivery Orders

Step 3: Click the Outstanding Delivery Order / Order Packing List tab, filter the outstanding Delivery Order, then click the Search button. There are 3 types of outstanding you can use for filtering:

  • Outstanding=+ means the Delivery Order has not yet been converted to /sales invoices
  • Outstanding=-(exceed) means the quantity of the sales invoice converted to delivery orders that exceeds
  • Outstanding=0 means all Delivery Order have been converted to sales invoices

Step 4: Click the Export Data button to download the outstanding Delivery Order as an XLSX file and the Print button to print out or download the outstanding sales as a PDF file.
