Stock Take – Import text file or manual update physical items quantity

Below are guideline(s) to implement stock take :

  1. Click on menu Inventory>>Stock Take.

  2. Stock Take

  3. Option 1 : Users may use scanner to scan and type the physic quantity.
  4. Option 2 : User may use bulk import from excel.
  5. Click Import Data, download template. Arrange your data into sheet “PhysicalStockCount“
  6. User must always download template from cloud to get latest template.

  7. Sheet Physical Stock Count

  8. Please note that, advise excel records should not exceed 1000 line to avoid any disruption from internet disconnect.
  9. Browse, attach your excel file and click import to start import.
  10. Your data will be appear as temporary records.
  11. Click submit to proceed stock take data recording.
