How to set up 2FA on your account?

Step 1: To set up 2FA on your account, navigate to the Settings menu, go to Security Manager, and select the User Profile Management option.

Step 2: Click the Listing button at the bottom-right corner of the page to view all users.

Step 3: Click the 3-Dots icon, then click Edit to modify your account details.

Step 4: Select Google Authenticator as the 2FA authentication method, then click the Assign MFA Device button to begin.

Step 5: Using your smartphone, open the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Search for Google Authenticator and install the app on your device. Once installed, open the app, tap the Plus (+) button on the bottom right, and select Scan a QR code.

Step 6: Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, input the verification code generated on your phone, and click the Apply Changes button to register your smartphone as your MFA device.

Tip: The code refreshes every 30 seconds; make sure to type it and submit it before it changes.

Step 7: Once you have reviewed the details, click the Update button in the bottom-right corner to save your changes.

Step 8: Sign out and log back in to verify that your MFA has been successfully activated.
