Below are guideline(s) to troubleshoot printer unable to print :<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Go to “Start<\/strong>” menu and search “View devices and printer<\/strong>” and click on it.<\/li>\n
  2. \n

  3. Assumed printer “XP-80C<\/strong>” is your printer and right click “Printer Properties<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  4. Delete pending printing job<\/strong>. Press “Ctrl+A<\/strong>” and Press “DEL<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  5. Check status printer is Offline\/Online<\/strong> and Un-tick “Printer Offline<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n

  7. Click Printer Properties>>Ports<\/strong>. It will shown all available USB001<\/strong>, USB002<\/strong>, USB003<\/strong>, USB004<\/strong>, etc<\/li>\n

  9. Do some troubleshoot at this time. Tick “USB001<\/strong>” and click apply and test print.<\/li>\n
  10. If it is fail to print out, do same step i.e. Tick “USB002<\/strong>” and click apply and test print.<\/li>\n
  11. If it is fail to print out again, do same step i.e. Tick “USB003<\/strong>” and click apply and test print.<\/li>\n
  12. Do it all port until it found compatible<\/strong> port<\/strong> for your printer.<\/li>\n
  13. All above step, applicable for all kind of printer include barcode<\/strong> printer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
