Below are guideline(s) to key in the SST in MyDistribution & MyFinancial:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

a) Login to My Distribution and then click to\u00a0 “Window>>Tariff Code<\/strong><\/span>“.<\/p>\n

b) Key In the Custom Tariff Code<\/strong><\/p>\n

c) After that, for Items<\/strong> SST click button Items\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>as\u00a0 below:<\/p>\n

1. Key In\u00a0Tariff Code\u00a0<\/strong>and then,
\n2. Click button\u00a0Close
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

d) Next, to key in the Purchasing or Purchase Order\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>refer print\u00a0 screen\u00a0 as\u00a0 below.
\n3. Click button Select Detail<\/strong> to choose which items want to put SST. But usually Purchase Order does not have Tariff Code.<\/p>\n

e)<\/span> ONLY <\/strong>Choose the Invoice Items Code<\/strong> and Select Tax Code<\/strong> as below:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Taxation Setup<\/p><\/div>\n

f) Close My Distribution Program<\/strong>, and then open My Financial Program <\/strong>and click button Taxation Setup:
\n<\/strong><\/span>For SST Report just go to menu<\/span> System>>Administrator menu>>General Setup. <\/span><\/strong>Change it to<\/span> “Accrual Basis”<\/span><\/strong> as picture above.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

g)<\/span> Malaysia Tax<\/strong><\/span>>>Tax Closing <\/strong><\/span>as below:

1. To Lock<\/strong> or Unlocking Tax<\/strong> Period,
\n2. Need to\u00a0Validate SST<\/strong>,
\n3. Then, MUST\u00a0<\/strong>click\u00a0Close SST.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>
\n4. Click PRINT as document record.<\/p>\n

h) Lastly, MUST\u00a0<\/strong>PRINT Form\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>as below:
