  1. Click “Maintenance>>Paid Leave Entitlement>>Generate Paid Leave Entitlement – Manual Adjustment<\/strong><\/span>“.<\/li>\n

  3. Choose Employee Code<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Choose Leave Entitlement Start, Leave Entitlement End <\/strong>(Some company follow calendar year thus you may choose 01\/01\/2019 – 31\/12\/2019, some company has contract worker<\/strong> thus leave entitlement may start in the middle of year or may ended in the middle of year).<\/li>\n
  5. Choose Leave Type<\/strong> (Example : Annual Leave, Medical Leave).<\/li>\n
  6. Choose Generate Type <\/strong>(Leave Brought Forward From Last Payroll Year, Leave Entitled for Payroll Year).<\/li>\n
  7. Key Number of Day(s)<\/strong> entitled.<\/li>\n
  8. Click “Save<\/strong><\/span>” to confirm your settings.<\/li>\n
  9. In case you had keyed wrongly, click an “Edit<\/strong><\/span>” icon to amend data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
