Below are guideline(s) to define paid leave entitlement base on years of service :<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Click “Maintenance>>Paid Leave Entitlement>>Leave Table Setting<\/strong><\/span>“, you may set up to 40 years of service<\/strong> .<\/li>\n

    Leave table setting<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n

  3. User may define different department<\/strong> has different paid leave<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click “Save<\/strong><\/span>” to confirm your settings of leave table.<\/li>\n
  5. Next step go to same page and click “Generate paid leave entitlement”<\/li>\n

    Generate automation “leave entitlement” to all active employees<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n

  7. Below scenario assumed to generate entitlement for year 2020<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Generate Based On = Leave table setting<\/strong> if you had done preset leave table.<\/li>\n
  9. Generate Based On = Last Year Paid Leave Entitlement<\/strong> if entitlement follow last year record.<\/li>\n
  10. Leave Type = Annual Leave<\/strong> , Medical Leave<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  11. Fill up Entitlement Start = 01\/01\/2020<\/strong> and Entitlement End = 31\/12\/2020.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. Click Generate<\/strong> to proceed to all “active<\/strong>” employees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
