Below are Guideline(s) to setting prorated or without prorate of your leave type:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Login to Payroll Management portal and then go to menu “Maintenance>>Chart of Payroll<\/strong><\/span>“.<\/li>\n
  2. Company may decide Annual Leave<\/strong> to be pro-rated, Medical Leave<\/strong> is without pro-rated.<\/li>\n
  3. Pro-rated<\/strong><\/span> means employee annual leave entitlement divide by 12 months.<\/li>\n
  4. Pro-rated Example<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0: Annual Leave entitlement\u00a0 is 12 days annual and this month is February, thus employee is only allow to apply 2 days annual leave.<\/li>\n
  5. Without Pro-rated Example :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 Employee has medical leave entitlement 20 days annual and this month is March thus employee is allow to apply 20 days in full.<\/li>\n
