Below are Guideline(s) to cancel cheque or bounce cheque:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Users has 2 options to do cancel cheque. Option 1 is delete from payment voucher or change “new cheque number<\/strong><\/span>” in payment voucher.<\/li>\n
  2. Option 2 is follow step 3 to 9 guidelines<\/li>\n
  3. Go to menu “Cash Book>>Bounce Cheque<\/strong><\/span>“.<\/li>\n

  5. Do find and search your “Cheque Number<\/strong><\/span>” and click button refresh<\/strong> .<\/li>\n
  6. Tick your transaction that desire to cancel.<\/li>\n
  7. Click “Cash Book #<\/strong><\/span>” to get reversal\u00a0 number as General Journal.<\/li>\n
  8. Click “Save<\/strong><\/span>” to do confirm recording and system will do reverse of transaction.<\/li>\n
