Below are guideline(s) create new official receipt:<\/strong>
\nStep 1:<\/strong> Click on side menu>>Financial>>Official Receipt<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>
\na. Enter transaction date<\/strong>
\nb. select bank\/cash<\/strong> account to be debited
\nc. select\/search your debtor code<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Click drop-down icon +<\/strong> to display all outstanding invoices. Tick<\/strong> the row of the invoice and (fill up amount<\/strong> to pay if it is partial amount<\/strong> collected)<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Click Listing<\/strong> to view recorded official receipt. Click Reset<\/strong>\u00a0to clear the page.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> There is a print<\/strong> option if you want to print official receipt voucher. User may click Edit With Unmatch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
