If you issue a credit note to your customer, you\u2019ll want to show both the invoice and the credit note as \u2018match\u2019 in Cloud<\/p>\n

Below<\/span> are guideline(s) to match a credit note with an invoice:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Click menu Financial>>Official Receipt>>Listing>>Unapplied Transaction<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Search<\/strong> to get an unapplied transaction of a credit note or official receipt.<\/li>\n
  3. Click +<\/strong> to view outstanding invoices<\/strong> to match.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong> to proceed to save matching.<\/li>\n
