  1. For Preset Voucher steps<\/strong>, please look point 2<\/strong> to 9<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on menu maintenance>>Voucher <\/strong>.<\/li>\n

    Preset Voucher<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n

  4. Please fill up Voucher Number<\/strong>, Voucher Value<\/strong>, Discount Value<\/strong>, Date From<\/strong>, Date To<\/strong>, Voucher Type (Voucher Free<\/strong> or to sell<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  5. Based on image voucher value<\/strong> is $100 and discount given<\/strong> $10. This mean during selling voucher, consumers\/members just need to pay $90<\/strong> and entitle to redeem value worth $100<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Date From<\/strong>, Date To<\/strong> are carrying meaning of voucher expire date<\/strong> or voucher validity date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. In case, your organization intend issue E-Voucher<\/strong> to your consumers\/members, you need to choose voucher name<\/strong> (voucher template<\/strong> which is preset and designed as JPEG<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  8. Those companies if they were selling voucher at other e-commerce platform thus voucher number may not in sequences<\/strong>. In such case, users need to type Voucher Number manually.<\/li>\n
  9. Those companies if they printed voucher serial number in sequences<\/strong>, users need to set auto running number at “System>>Running Number Setting<\/strong>>>Voucher”.<\/li>\n
  10. For Sell Voucher<\/strong> steps, please look point 10<\/strong> to 14<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

  13. Key in voucher number<\/strong> to be sell and Click Add<\/strong>. Repeat same if you have more than 1 voucher to sell.<\/li>\n
  14. Click button “Cash<\/strong>” or “Credit Card<\/strong>” to proceed payment, this will recorded as collection and will appear in your “daily check out report<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
