Below are guideline(s) to increase attachment size :<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Open the “my.ini<\/strong>” file under the MySQL server install directory.<\/li>\n
  2. Search for the “max_allowed_packet<\/strong>” parameter. If the file does not have it, add the parameter to the file.<\/li>\n
  3. Set the value as needed. To set the value to 5M<\/strong>, enter the value as one of the following:max_allowed_packet=5242880<\/strong> max_allowed_packet<\/strong>=5M<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Restart<\/strong> the MySQL Server.<\/li>\n
